Apps for iPhone

Every app starts from something concrete to solve.

PRG Space is the name that holds them together. Open the one you are interested in: everything worth knowing opens up underneath.

What did I do last time, and what am I doing today?

The whole plan sits in one screen: every set with its reps and its weight, ticked off as you do it. The rest timer starts on its own and stays at the bottom, so you never leave the screen you are working on. On the other card, timed circuits run themselves.

01

The count, without leaving

Sets, reps and weight get ticked off while you lift. The rest timer starts by itself.

02

The maths done here

Estimated 1RM from any set, warm-up ramps built on the weight you are about to use, RPE and RIR turned into a percentage.

03

The movement, shown

Every exercise carries an animated demonstration, the equipment it needs and your own history on it.

04

Consistency you can see

A calendar of what you actually did, and how the numbers moved week after week.

Ten minutes or a full hour. The routine has to survive a busy week, not the other way round.

Five minutes at a time, without losing the thread.

Drag your finger across the letters: across, down, diagonally, forwards or backwards. Between one grid and the next an illustrated scene carries the story on, in a world of villages and hand-copied books where writing is still a sacred thing.

Daily challenge
01

Story

Chapters that open one at a time, with stars to say how cleanly you closed a level.

02

Daily challenge

A different grid every day, and a month of squares to fill in.

03

Arcade

Levels that keep getting harder, and a countdown that never stops.

04

Play

Endless boards where you choose the grid and the theme, for when you just want to play.

Words are starting to disappear from the world, and Elysa is one of the few who notices.

Essential by choice

A feature ships only if it earns its place. Less interface between the person opening an app and the thing they opened it for.

Data kept to a minimum

Each product collects only what it needs to work, and carries its own privacy policy, written to be read.

Kept up to date

What ships stays maintained: fixes, compatibility with new versions of iOS, and improvements over time.
